"Roni was very prompt, attentive to our needs/wants, honest, friendly, knowledgable and professional. This is our 1st home purchase in Florida and having been "kind of" looking for the past year Roni was very helpful in keeping us informed on what was available. When we contacted her out of the blue to show us a few homes she made herself available. From start to finish our deal was completed in 3 weeks! There were a couple of hiccups but Roni made sure everything went as smooth as possible. I/we would highly recommend her for your real estate needs."

"Huge thank you to Roni!!!Rob and I started our property hunt about 2 years ago with Roni when we told her what we were saving and working toward! It’s been quite an adventure! We were looking at everything from buying land to buying a residence and from Myakka to downtown Sarasota. With every inquiry I had, Roni was super fast to respond with information about the property!When we finally found the property and were all in to start the process, Roni excelled in every way. From guiding us when we put in the offer, negotiation, the inspection (which was tricky with a 1948 wood frame property), having to pivot closing due to tropical storm Debby and finalizing all the details to ensure we didn’t miss anything, she was absolute rock star! ?? "Roni was a spectacular buyers' agent for us. We met her in January before our move. She was fantastic! Picked us up at our hotel and we saw numerous houses in a couple of days. She is very intuitive. She knew what we wanted after a couple of days. When we moved here in March, it's wasn't long before she found our perfect house!Very knowledgeable about the whole Sarasota area and, for us, also the Lakewood Ranch community. She knew the ins and outs of the costs of buying a house and the costs of maintaining it.In a tough market, you want to have someone as professional and responsive as Roni.We had so many questions about, well, almost everything and she knew all the answers. If there was one she didn't know she'd find out and quickly. Aside, she is also very personable and my wife and I now consider her a friend.We highly recommend."
