About Roni-Marie Gold

Roni Gold is originally from Syracuse, New York, but planted her roots in Sarasota, Florida, at the young age of four. As a native of Sarasota, she entered the real estate industry in 2004, assisting in the purchase and sale of apartment buildings and their conversion into high-end condominiums. Roni continued her real estate career with Lennar Homes on the East Coast of Florida and has since become an active Realtor in Sarasota, focusing on acreage properties, investment properties, first-time home buyers, and various types of sellers.

 

Roni is a UCF graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She offers her clients a diverse professional background that includes international business experience gained while working as the Lead International Account Executive at The World Money Show. In this role, she focused on international investments and trade show exhibitions, which allowed her to travel globally and gain extensive knowledge of investing in international markets. Roni is also passionate about the arts and the unique circus heritage of Sarasota. She performed in the Sailor Circus for over ten years and continues to support the circus arts conservatory.

 

Roni's success is attributed to her honesty, attention to detail, and strong communication and listening skills. These qualities have earned her the respect of both clients and colleagues. In every real estate transaction, she brings a genuine concern for people’s needs, paired with excellent guidance and product knowledge. Her strong business management and negotiation skills, honed through her international experience, help clients make one of the most important financial decisions of their lives: the purchase or sale of property.

 

Roni is a member of the Sarasota Board of Realtors and is an elite Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). In her spare time, she enjoys practicing yoga and spending time with her husband and two sons, whether at the beach or on their 5-acre horse ranch in Sarasota.

 

She has been awarded the Five Star Professional Award from 2021 to 2025, recognized among thousands of agents in Sarasota.
